From Executive Producer Queen Latifah, The Rap Game is a loud new docu-series that follows rapper and music mogul, Jermaine Dupri as he mentors five of the country's hottest aspiring young rappers. Jermaine is the powerhouse musical force behind hip hop superstars such as Mariah Carey, Usher, and Bow Wow and in this series he is putting his expertise to the test by inviting 5 young potential rap superstars -- and their manager moms -- to move into his Atlanta mansion. While in the mansion, the kids will be tasked with learning every aspect of the music business in the hopes of achieving their ultimate rap superstar dream: being signed to Jermaine's label, So So Def. Over the course of eight weeks, Jermaine will put the kids through his customized rap boot camp to school them in all facets of the rap game. Through constant evaluations, Jermaine will determine what each of these kids needs to become a star -- and an artist at his highly successful label.
