You’ve journeyed with Aditya and his travelling kitchen and shared in his delightful experiences in the past. You’ve been part of the ride as Aditya explores village tuck-shops, eats at age-old establishments that are off the map, and makes his way into the homes of people across the country and brings you the taste of India on a platter. But there is a lot more to see! So come join Aditya, as he sets out once again on the Kachcha Raasta. This time around, he heads north to the mighty state of Uttar Pradesh to discover the secrets behind the aromas of Awadhi cooking, the magic of the Mughlai kitchens and the halwais of Kashi! After having his fill of kormas and karma, Aditya will head further north to Jammu to eat and cook his way through picturesque hilly villages that wait ripe with the promise of some great Dogri food! This is followed by a sojourn deep into the heartland of India, the state of Madhya Pradesh has many unexplored secrets and some fantastic food and Aditya can’t wait to discover the lesser-known recipes of Sailana and Malwa.It’s time once again to hop on to the bus or the bullock cart with Aditya as he takes you to places you’ve never heard of, food you’ve never tasted and people you’ll love to share a meal with… only in Chakh Le India Kachcha Raasta!
