EFC has announced that they will be producing their own reality television series based around 10 fighters looking to earn a six figure EFC contract and title shot.
The Fighter will be a ten week limited run series that will focus on the middleweight division and feature fighters from around the world being trained by EFC bantamweight champion Demarte Pena and interim bantamweight champion Irshaad Sayed. Sayed and Pena will battle to claim the right to be undisputed EFC bantamweight champion at the season finale on December 16th. The Fighter will be the first show of its kind produced in Africa, as well as the first to be broadcast to African audiences on free-to-air TV networks.
Per the EFC, here are the nine fighters for this upcoming season.
