The cosmopolitan urban-dwellers of Singapore bask in the enjoyment of comfort, and pursue convenience in life, yet have their fair share of envy and grouses.  This program aims to let viewers (urban city-dwellers) learn about the lives of the people of backward tribes. Not limiting to mere rural areas with the lack of technology, the program also aims to show the experience of living in another advanced country. All, in hopes of realizing and learning that where they stay and live, might just be the most comfortable of them all.In the past century, the whole world has changed dramatically. Civilization technologies and modern communication has also brought people’s lives to a higher level. However, even in this era where development of science and technology is rapid, there still exists some tribes, far from modern civilization, who survived till today, and some villages where modern civilization is unable to completely penetrate into. They evolve in their own unique way and continue to survive in isolation. For us who live in an advanced country, will we be able to survive if we are sent to a backward tribe? On the contrary, if we are to experience the lives of another advanced country, what will we be able understand and realize?In each episode, two hosts will go to two different countries or different areas in the same countries respectively. One of the hosts will be sent to a slightly rural place: the programme puts the host in a place far from civilization, to let them experience the local way of life. For a short period of time, the host will live with a local, experience their daily lives, which includes eating their food and staying with them. This will bring out the point that modern people face difficulties when they do not have their modern advanced technologies with them. Another host will head towards an advanced country. From the viewpoint of a Singaporean, the host will experience the life in an advanced country, and from there, reflect on his/her own life.
